Singer, Simi’s sophomore album ‘SIMISOLA’ has gradually slid its ways into the Billboard music charts.
The album, released twelve days ago, debuted at number five on the World Album charts.
Simi’s album was led on the chart by ‘Love and Fall’ by Bobby, ‘Confidencias’ by Ricardo Delgado, ‘Carnavales Music’ by Allison and ‘Voices of Angels’ by Celtic Woman & The Orchestra of Ireland.
The excited 29-year-old singer took to Instagram to celebrate the feat.
“We charted No. 5 on Billboard World Music charts,” she wrote.
“#Simisola I think I’m gonna cry…but before then, I gotta say Thank You #SimiArmy! This is our album. But most of all, Thank you Jesus” she wrote.

Her rumored opposite half, Adekunle Gold, also had his eponymous album crack the same World Albums chart.
His ‘Gold’ album entered the chart less than two weeks after its release.
